Thailand is not called the land of smiles for nothing. Let yourself be touched by the beautiful surroundings, the plants, the landscape and the diversity.
Before or after that, explore the numerous beauties of the country. The temple is located in the beautiful area of Krabi. The beautiful Phang Nga Bay is also not far away. And should you be a connoisseur, enjoy the fresh fruits that grow there and the local food. Gladly also far away from the tourist restaurants. A completely new taste experience are, for example, the numerous leaves that are available with many dishes. The Thais like to translate these as “Vegetables” and we wonder as they are leaves.
But no matter to what beautiful places you may still be drawn, what you will still enjoy, here in the temple with its microclimate you will receive everything you need now, which will make your life more fulfilling.
Move Meditation
For centuries, monks have been using this type of meditation. Then, as now, the power of meditation was a mystery to many. To properly use meditation as a resource for the body, mind and spirit.
Unfortunately, even today few people use the power of meditation. Either spiritual people or some successful businessmen and celebrities. And yet, especially today, a proper meditation is so valuable. The burden of everyday life, the constant pressure to succeed, the countless stresses. Burn-out, depression, frustration, anxiety attacks, tinnitus, obesity, anorexia. The latest study even says there’s a new kind of fatigue, from bad news. Many also puzzle over where one or the other psychosomatic illness comes from, which many doctors do not recognize as such due to their lack of time.
Meditation = Meditation?
No, there are many different types of meditation. This one is characterized by the fact that it is completely without suggestions and music. Yes, if you want you can even keep your eyes open. Which in turn makes this meditation so easy to integrate into everyday life…. Napalai has her very own story to tell here (read more under her biography).
After a severe burnout, meditation helped Napalai get back into the swing of things.
She meditates every day for 1 to 2 hours and every 2-3 years she visits her temple for 5 days to recharge.
Our contingent 2023
The meditation training is integrated into the daily life of the monks. Please be considerate of this. In order for you to learn as much as possible, the group size per stay should be kept small.
The group size is therefore limited to 10 people.

Our vow
We strongly believe that our planet will be better off if more people find their way to inner peace through meditation. This may sound spiritual, but is also purely scientifically provable. When we overload our brain, we make wrong decisions, no matter what kind. If we allow the brain targeted rest periods for regeneration, our brain is more relaxed and can make better decisions.
At the same time it helps our health. People who meditate regularly have a better immune system and are mentally fit in old age. It’s a win – win situation for everyone.
Your contribution not only pays your expenses, but also supports the monks with your contribution and the maintenance of the temple complex as well as smaller thoughtful modernizations.
Please respect the tradition of the monks, who would judge another donation from you as a nakedness and therefore please refrain from it. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If we do not dissolve it, it will be with us for life. Proper meditation helps us focus on ourselves and find out what is inside. And it opens up new possibilities for you. You find new strength, new insights about yourself and your environment.

Services at a glance
- 7 days 8 nights, live without monks in monastery
- 7 days you will learn the secrets of Move Meditation
- 7 days full board. You will have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the monastery.
All meals are in accordance with traditional Thai cuisine. Special requests can be implemented only after prior consultation. - Pick up and drop off service from Phuket airport to the monastery or by prior arrangement.
possibly also to the desired hotel in Phuket or in the Krabi area.
Accommodation & Other
- Monk guest clothing will be provided.
- 1 room separated by gender (couples each get their own room).
- Room with toilet, running water, fan, mattress.
